What is the Overview in the Practice Portal?
Can a doctor edit clinic details?

Yes. The doctor or his/her assistant can add new schedule or edit the date and time schedule by clicking on a particular facility/clinic under the Summary page from the portal.

  1. Click on the “Clinic” icon to show the Clinics.
  2. Click “Show Details” button on a particular clinic, then click “Edit Clinic” button
  3. Edit the details you want to update
  4. Click “Save Changes” button to apply the changes

Can a doctor edit his or her schedule?

Yes, schedule can be edited by the practitioner or by his/her assistant on the Practitioner Portal.

Can a doctor edit his or her affiliated HMO?

Yes, affiliated HMO can be edited by the doctor or by his/her assistant on the Practitioner Portal

  1. Click on the “Clinic” icon to show the Clinics.
  2. Click “Show Details” button on a particular clinic
  3. then click “Add HMO” button fill-out all fields on Add Insurance page
  4. Click Save Insurance to apply the changes.

What does the colors mean to every listed clinics in the calendar?

Clinic colors represent its time slot on the calendar. If a scheduled appointment on the calendar is equal to the color of the clinic it only means that the consultation will be held on the said clinic.

Can I book my patient an appointment using the practice portal?

Yes. A practitioner can book an appointment for patient.

  1. In the calendar, select a date & time.
  2. Choose if the patient is Existing or a New Patient. Existing Patients are the previous patients who already booked an appointment with you before. While, New patient pertains to those who are new to your records.
  3. Fill out all the fields.
  4. Lastly, click Book Appointment

How can a doctor add new clinic?

On the Practitioner Portal a new clinic can be added by clicking on the “Clinic” icon on the left navigation then click “Add Clinic”, click the arrow down button for the Hospital/Facility/Clinic Name to choose from the list. Enter clinic details Facility Color Code, phone number, Room number and Description. Don’t forget to click Save Changes.


If the Hospital/Facility/Clinic Name is not on the list, click the “Request to add facility here” fill-out all the fields on the Request for a New Facility form then click “Save”. The form saved will be subject for approval and confirmation of the admin if the new facility will be added.

Can I add new patient?

Only booked patients with served appointment status are considered your “patient”

How can I add new assistant?

Yes. A practitioner can book an appointment for patient.

  1. click on the “Clinic” icon to show the Clinics.
  2. Click “Show Details” button on a particular clinic
  3. Then go to Assistants tab
  4. Click “Add Assistant” button and input your assistant’s email
  5. An email invite will be sent to your assitant's email

Will a doctor receive a notification of a booked appointment?
How can a doctor decline a booked appointment?

A practitioner can declined a booked appointment when the status is still pending. A practitioner can decline a booked appointment by following this steps;

  1. Login to Practitioner Portal
  2. Click on the Clinic icon on the side navigation
  3. Choose the facility where the appointment was scheduled, click ‘Show Details’
  4. Click on Appointments tab then choose the name of the patient’s appointment to be declined, click View Appointment
  5. On the Appointment Details page click “Declined” and a message will appear to confirm your action.
  6. Click Yes to confirm.

The appointment of the Patient will be declined, the doctor and the patient will receive an email message about the declined appointment.

How can a doctor approve a booked appointment?

A practitioner can approve a booked appointment when the status is still pending.

  1. Go to Practitioner Portal
  2. Click on the Clinic icon on the side navigation
  3. Choose the facility where the appointment was scheduled, click ‘Show Details’
  4. Click on Appointments tab then choose the name of the patient’s appointment to be approved, click View Appointment
  5. Click the Approve button, a confirmation alert will prompt to show the changes in status

How can a doctor cancel a booked appointment?

A practitioner can cancel a booked appointment by following this simple steps

  1. Login to Practitioner Portal
  2. Click on the Clinic icon on the side navigation
  3. Choose the facility where the appointment was scheduled, click ‘Show Details’
  4. Click on Appointments tab then choose the name of the patient’s appointment to be canceled, click View Appointment
  5. Click the Cancel button, a confirmation alert will prompt to show the changes in status.

What do you mean by Served or Completed Appointment?

Served or Completed Appointment is the status after the patient consulted the practitioner/doctor

What’s the difference between Decline & Cancel Appointment Status?

As a Practitioner you can decline any appointments that are currently in “pending” status while Cancel status are for appointments approved by the practitioner

How can I change my password?
How can I change my profile picture?

In Practitioner Portal, click Profile and Settings on the lower left side navigation. User profile page will show, click the paper clip icon to browse and choose your desired photo, open then click Save Changes.

Can I edit my practitioner information?

Yes, practitioner information can be edited by clicking the Profile and Settings icon on the left side navigation in the Practitioner Portal. Below the User profile click the Practitioner Profile. Practitioner Profile Settings page will show, from there Practitioner Informations can be changed like the Practice, License/PRC number, organizational background, edit avatar photo and edit your list of specialization.

How can I edit my specializations?

Specializations can be edited in the Practitioner Portal by clicking the Profile and Settings icon on the lower left side navigation, click Practitioner Profile then click Edit your list of specialization, go to add a specialization click the Add Specialization button. Add specialization or choose one from the dropdown and choose the type then click Save.
