As Filipinos, Mr. Noel del Castillo & Mrs. Vanessa del Castillo had always had an intimate view of the Philippine medical landscape and its opportunities. With backgrounds in tech and finance, they were presented with a choice to make: let other people solve this gap, or step up, make a difference, and improve the healthcare system for the Filipino people.
Founded in 2018, SeeYouDoc has now become a pioneer in the R&D of telemedicine in the country.
Beginning their journey as part of the AIM-DBI’s startup accelerator program, SeeYouDoc has since expanded its impact through projects and collaborations with local and international organizations, including the government through the Department of Health (DOH), the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), the World Health Organization (WHO) Philippines, and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Philippines.

Noel Gary del Castillo, MTM
Founder, CEO
Noel del Castillo is highly skilled in programming, leading and architecting web and mobile applications using Elixir, React & .Net and tools such as jQuery, ASP.NET MVC and Javascript with over 18 years of combined IT experience. He is currently both the CEO and Chief Technical Officer at SeeYouDoc with a direct hand in overseeing the software integrity of the platform and direction of the business. He is also a Senior Lecturer at University of the Philippines - Technology Management Center since 2020 where he teaches "Technology based Entrepreneurship". He earned his Masters in Technology Management in 2008.
Vanessa del Castillo, MBA, CPA
Co-Founder, CFO
Vanessa del Castillo is a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines in 2014. She is also the Chief Financial Officer at SeeYouDoc and oversees all accounting, admin, and legal compliance within SeeYouDoc and its projects.
