Online Consultation - New Patient/New Complaint

Please choose this option if you are: 1) a new patient with pain/weakness/numbness complaints, or 2) an old patient of this doctor with new symptoms and complaints or one who has not followed up in the last 3 months Remember to settle your bill after getting an approved schedule with the doctor so that your appointment will push through. Most of the appointments with me get canceled because of unpaid bills. Please book at least three days before and avoid requesting for an appointment on the same day of your preferred consultation day (as I do not visit this website that often).

Online Consultation - Follow-up/Old Patient

This is an online consultation for follow-up patients. This means you are a previous patient with concerns already discussed with the doctor in the last recent (within one month) appointment. If you are an old patient with NEW complaints or one who has not consulted in the last three months, pick the other service option of Online consultation - new patient. Remember to settle your bill after getting an approved schedule with the doctor so that your appointment will push through. Some appointments get canceled because of unpaid bills.
