Online Consultation with a Medical Certificate

Consultation for any disorders related to the musculoskeletal system such as fractures or dislocations, initial assessment of wounds, joint pain or back pain, sports-related injuries (e.g. sprains), neuropathies (e.g. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Sciatica). This will include prescription of any necessary medications and requests for laboratory work-up (e.g. X-rays) with an accompanying medical certificate. Please note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 300. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Initial Online Consultation
